Return Policy
Not Satisfied with Your Order?
If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 90 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

It must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 2 days of placement. Orders are processed within 3 days.

If your order has already shipped, you can refuse the delivery to return the item. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Yocartgo error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Low-Quality Items
If your product is defective or damaged:

Email customer@yocartgo.com with a photo showing the damaged area.

Include the product tag and clearly display the issue on a flat surface.
We will send a replacement as soon as we confirm the issue. You do not need to return the defective item.
Warranty
Yocartgo warranties cover manufacturing defects only and do not include:

Accidental damage or misuse

Normal wear and tear

Sun exposure affecting colors or materials

After-market modifications

Water damage
Refund Policy
You are eligible for a full refund if:

The product is defective or non-functional.

Orders from South America are not delivered within 90 business days.
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we process your return.
If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank or PayPal account (delays may occur).

Contact your bank or credit card company (may take 3–5 business days).
