Not Satisfied with Your Order
If you are not happy about your purchase, 14 days from date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, and you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the return, if the reason you put forward is not covered by our warranty for replacement and return.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Items or Low Quality
If the product is defective or not working properly, for the fastest solution, please contact us by email: email@example.com, the email need to include photos that clearly show areas of poor quality or damage. We will send you a replacement or refund to you as soon as we confirm the situation, and you do not need to return the defective item to us.

Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders
If you are cancelling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. For the fastest solution, please provide your order number in the email.
Cancelling Shipped-out Order
If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or on its way to destination, please contact us and then kindly refuse to accept the parcel since we are not able to call it back at that time. we will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. Refunds will be issued as soon as we check that the package has started to be returned.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover the following:
*Damage caused by accident
*Normal wear and tear
*Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
*No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.

If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
1.Get A Full Refund
*If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
*If you did not receive your product within 90 business days (South America) after the date that your order has been placed.
*Please Note: Refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.
2.Late or Missing Refunds
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
If you have not received a refund, you can take the following steps:
*Check your bank or PayPal balance again (transaction may be delayed).
*Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially released, as it may take up to 3-5 business days to process the balance).
3.Shipping Costs & Relisting Fee*If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
*If the return is due to us: the goods received are damaged or incorrect, etc., we will bear the shipping cost of the return.
*We do not charge relisting fees.
